Easy Phone Tunes requires that the phone is put into a particular mode before it can be detected. For the Samsung Galaxy S2 this can be done as follows
1) Ensure your phone is not connected to the PC
2) Open the Settings app
3) Go to “Wireless and network”
4) Go to “USB utilities”
5) Go to “Connect storage to PC”
6) Select OK to confirm (if necessary)
7) Connect the phone to the PC
8) When connected, select “Connect USB storage”
9) Select OK to confirm (if necessary)
