In very rare cases Easy Phone Tunes can get stuck in the “Please Wait While iTunes is Started” state.
This is almost always caused by a defective installation of iTunes. The following steps can usually fix this issue:
1) Uninstall iTunes from your PC
2) Download and install the latest version of iTunes
Note that the first step is important, a regular iTunes upgrade (without first uninstalling) will not usually fix the issue.
