A small number of users have reported that the Mac version of Easy Phone Tunes does not work correctly with their Galaxy S3. This post describes how to resolve this issue:
- Connect your S3 to your Mac using a USB cable
- Touch the notification bar on your phone (the thin bar at the top of the screen containing the time, battery indicator, etc.)
- Pull the notification bar down to the bottom of the screen
- Select the “Connected as Media Device” or “Connected as Camera” option
- Select the “Camera (PTP)” option (if this is not already selected)
- Return to the home screen on your phone
- Disconnect the phone from the Mac
- Run the latest version of the app on your Mac, it should now detect your phone correctly (ensure that you only reconnect your phone when the app is running on your Mac)
